Project Narrative

Guest suites and shared lounges are set out as a constellation of sheltered pavilions. The massing is deliberately broken down to align with terrain and create intimate exterior rooms.

PAD developed the project as a sequence of repeatable systems, simplifying procurement while preserving a strong spatial identity.
